2002 Long Fitness Rides
For the past two seasons we have added some options to our CRW Saturday Morning Fitness Rides.  Little did we know when we started this that they would become so popular.
In 2002, we added a fully arrowed 100K route to our options.  This exciting new route branches off of the 50 mile route, adding 18.6 miles through Medway, Holliston, and Ashland.  The 2 mile climb into Holliston has now become "The Hill" on Saturday Mornings.  The official "water stop" is the Mobil-On-The-Run at the 39 mile mark as you cross Rt. 126 in Ashland.  Click here to see the route profile.

Remember when doing a century ride was a major season's goal? Following the lead of Dr. Arnie Baker, we now make century rides nearly a weekly event.  Pro riders typically do at least one per week...and it does not seem to be slowing them down!

Put the following dates on your calendar.

Saturday Centuries            Saturday 200K          Saturday 100K
        March 2                         March 30                     May 11
        March 9                                                              May 19
        April 20                                                               July 6

Details about each ride are e-mailed the week of the ride.  All rides are self supported.  Many are "hub rides" where you return to your car at least once. All loops allow for stopping at the Dover Country Store if you need to purchase food or drinks.
